Have all required documents for a binding contract

Congratulations you have your home under contract.  A few instances a buyer may negate your contract…

  1. If you live in a neighborhood with a homeowner’s association, you MUST have the Homeowner’s Association/Community Disclosure executed as provided by Section 720.401 of the Florida Statutes.
  2. If you live in a condominium, you MUST have the Condominium Rider executed and have provided the required governing documentation.

Confirm you have your documentation ready and available prior to receiving your offer and at least at the time of entering into a contract.
