It’s February and it is the perfect weather to start planting your herbs or veggies.  My family enjoys mint.  One of my sons likes to make refreshing cold drinks with mint.  His secret is mint, lemonade and sprite.  It’s very refreshing.  We also enjoy cilantro and rosemary.  The perfect herbs in many dishes.
